While Ben was exploring mainland Cambodia, I took a bus down to Kep - a little fishing village - and saw signs for a cheap boat to 'Koh Tonsay' (also known as the Rabbit Island). I took the boat and found Paradise! I was blown away!

For hours I lounged on this hammock reading a book and just enjoying the view of an unspoiled beach - almost like Koh Phayam in Thailand. It was Heaven!
I would not have discovered this, had i not just spontaneously decided to buy a ticket to somewhere I had known nothing about. "The positive aspects: excellent staff. The manager, Taa, was the manager, who provided transportation to and from the transit stations The rooms were spacious. The property had ample common space. The pool area was large and scenic. The restaurant had a decent menu and was convenient. The only negative for us was the immediate area around the resort was not particularly walkable. It is serviced by an unpaved road. "

"This hotel has beautiful waterfront. The room is simple. The top of the room has wooden space let air go it. There is net on top of the bed. Since I didn't hear any mosquitos, I didn't put net down. I did use the fan all night. The following day I have 50+ mosquito bites on my face and body. These mosquitos are small and don't know noisy. I guess you have to use net. People work here are super nice. "

"Effet wahou quand on découvre les lieux. À part ceci, le wifi ne marche pas et nous redirige vers un portail sur lequel on ne peut pas se connecter. Le lit de la 1ere chambre était cassé. Les poubelles des précédents invités n’étaient pas vidés et le bidon d’eau était vide à notre arrivé. Prestation pas à la hauteur de l’attente pour le tarif. Afin de tenir la promesse, il faudrait être plus minutieux sur les details"

Highly recommend staying here if you’re in Kampot!

"This was an amazing stay. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make sure me and my friend were well looked after. We got some great food recommendations and they were so helpful in organising tours and tuk tuks. Unfortunately my friend fell ill whilst we were there and the staff were so kind and caring. The decor was amazingly done, it was such a stylish and chic place to stay! "
