The hotel offers everything you need, including a ride from the airport, breakfast boxes for early morning trips to see the sun rise at Angkor Wat, and free one-way tuk tuks into downtown. It is clean and comfortable. The breakfast was decent though with little variety. The staff really dotes on you to make sure you're comfortable.
We were a little surprised upon arrival since the pictures made us expect an immaculate, luxurious place. It wasn't that, but it is still a very good hotel for an incredible price. Additionally, communication with the staff can take a while since most of them don't speak English that well. Finally, the pool is awkwardly connected to the lobby (no dividing walls), and with the traffic on the nearby street, not very relaxing.
