Only stayed 1 night but was comfortable and clean. Was actually pretty quiet despite the busy location. Quick walk to beach and cute birds and squirrels outside. Other direction you can walk to many restaurants and shops. Would stay here again

it was a very good experience. I have my own little condo felt like a little bit of holiday only two minute walk from the beach. Staff was very friendly. This is recommended for people couples who like to feel the vibe and not on a budget.

Nice location if you want to be right in the middle of all the action of nightlife. The price is super affordable for a clean room with lovely staff. Don’t stay here if you are counting on a peaceful nights sleep. The hotel will warn you and also offers free earplugs. Loads of walkable restaurants to choose from nearby.

J4 is now associated with Chaweng Garden Beach Resort so direct access to wooded property and beach. Nicely renovated hotel and rooms in the center of every thing in Chaweng. All the basics with resort access. Great staff and spotless. The hotel is in direct line with the runway - but for plane buffs an added bonus - and there are not that many flights per day.

Overall we were happy with our 5 day stay. Everything was great, the staff was amazing. We checked out and arrived to USM airport and realized we had left one of our wedding rings in the room, called the hotel to see if they could ship it to our home. They quickly found it, drove to the airport and delivered it to us right before our flight. How incredible and how very kind of them!!

Good for party people
Nice clean room. We had great king-size bed. Hotel beach is not ideal for swimming but you can easily walk the beach line to better locations. Busy streets next to hotels which are great or not so great.. depending on what you are looking for. If you want peace, look else where but if you like to party you are in the center of everything.

Nice central Chaweng beach hotel
The hotel is new and you have access to the facilities of the Chaweng Garden Hotel (pools and beach club). The location is A1 as you have access to the beach and ut is right in the middle of the action. Room is small but very functional. My only dislikes : the windows are not air tight and let the hot humod air enter the bathroom and the air conditionning system could not get the room as cool as I would have wanted it.

Great value, comfortable bed, great staff
Hotel staff were really nice. Be prepared for 1,000 bht deposit. The hotel is literally right next to ark bar but we chose garden view room and we couldn’t hear much. We could hear muffled music but this didn’t stop us sleeping - if anything it was white noise. Room was good, had a fridge, toiletries, hair dryer, but didn’t have iron or iron board. The room did have fresh water everyday and kettle. The balcony is more of an open patio but ours was on the end so pretty private. We also had parking for our hired scooters which was a plus. Daily house keeping too. All round great value for money - would stay again. Only thing I would say is that the room was a little dark, lacked natural light.

Worst experience ever! Don’t book!
Do yourself a big favor and book another hotel. This is the worst we’ve stayed in the whole Samui. The door and windows are so bad isolated, with more than 1cm holes that you feel like you’re in a tent outside in the middle of all the party and crowds. Insects are obviously also coming at night. We booked for 3 nights but changed hotel after the first night because it was unbearable. We barely slept an hour through the night. The staff was not helpful at all when we asked for a refund, this is a scam.
