Location was good, thats about it...
wouldnt stay there again, the hotel was in bad repair, the staff were lazy and dishonest, the room smelled bad due to bathroom drain pipes,

Staying here was a lousy experience. The apartment room was very small, it barely fit the bed. Wifi didn't work and the grounds are a message. There's some strange parking lot in the middle of the place. The pool is good and the beach is nice, but the beach is also a high end restaurant so there's really no place to sit without being accosted by waiters. Also, there is never anyone at the front desk. When we checked in he was asleep somewhere in an office. When we returns from a late dinner I had to yell to find him and get our key back. When we tried to check out at 11am and there was no one there. I went behind the desk and called the desk hoping the noise of the phone ringing would bring the guy out but nothing. After 15 minutes I just left the key and a note. Overall a bad experience.

You cant beat this location. Day and night activities are within a couple blocks. My room wifi doesnt work and there is black mold all over my shower. Everything else is on par for a 3 star hotel.

Hotel perfect for quiet stay beach and shops on doorstep and nightlife just a walk away,never seen anyone clean pool in whole time I was there,rooms are basic but clean ever day

Good location, that's it.
Good location but not that great of a hotel. Many bugs in the room, security in front has attitude for no reason. Besides that the hotel is rly close to the beach and party scenes and bars which was awesome.

Right in town and right on the beach
Overall I enjoyed staying here. The hotel is older and it looks like they are renovating some of the outside areas. As with most hotels their pictures are a little misleading. I was concerned to see a niteclub right across the road but it wasnt really noisy and I slept fine. Staff didnt speak a lot of English but were very helpful and friendly.

vi fick inte bo hotellet som var bekräftat,inget wifi. vi fick bo i en hydda. det var första gång vi bokade på internet, frågan är om törs boka på internet. det verkar som att bokningar från internet kommer i andra hand. för det sa att hotellet var stängt att de bara var hydderna var öppna ock ett annat hus som en annan familj hade bokat stängt. ändå kom det gäster som bode i båda husen. så det verkar som de som bokar på internet kommer i andra hand. så törs man boka och förhands betala på internet? nu kunde vi inte bytta hotell vi hade redan betalt. det är bra för hotels.com och hottelen men inte för kunderna. har ni kontroll på vad era hotell ser ut och hur servicen är, det pratades om att hotellet var nästan i KK. det tar ett tag innan man törs boka på internet. bokar man på internet så kommer man i andrahand.hur är den ekonomiskbiten. vi hade beställt ett hotellrum fick en hydda. vi skulle vilja ha tillbaka pengarna. vänliga hälsningar klas strömberg

Detta hotell håller på att gå i konkurs! UNDVIK!
Vi hade bokat ``bungalow delux´´ med 1dubbelsäng och 2enkelsängar,när vi anlände och skulle checka in så fick vi till svar att någon sådan bungalow för 4 personer finns inte och har aldrig funnits,,tjejen i receptionen sa vi får betala för en extra bungalow i sånna fall vilket vi självklart protesterade imot och efter mycket tjafs så gick hon med på att vi fick 2 bungalows utan att betala något extra. Vidare: 2 andra familjer som reste med oss hade bokat rum i hotel delen,fick i stället bo i bungalow,fick till svar att hotelldelen är såld, restaurangen var stäng och öde,wifi fanns inte(vi har problem just nu fick vi till svar), poolen städades aldrig på dom 8 dagar vi var där, el ledningar dåligt isolerade inne i dushen, allmänt såg det risigt ut på hela området, nattvakt fanns inte som brukar vara regel på dom flesta bungalowanläggningar på Koh Samui,vi frågade efter hotelets ägare,tjejen i recptionen sa dom inte synts till på flera månader och att dom 3 personer som jobbade kvar inte hade fått någon lön på 2 månader. Kan tillläggas att 3 av medresänärerna talar Thailändska så det har inte varit några språk problem.

La chambre était désagréable dans une aile de l'hôtel en construction (dé-construction ??!)... Nous ne sommes pas restés... Étant donné qu'il y a d'autres hôtels superbes à prix tout à fait raisonnables sur l'ile. Je déconseille cet hôtel...

睡床很大，位置ok，服務還可以，最不滿意水壓太小，下水道去水超差
客服清潔還不錯，床很乾淨，地理環境也不錯，鬧市區。唯一令人不滿意的是洗澡間，水壓非常小，下水道容易堵塞，洗完澡水可以淹腳了

i very central ! fair price!
the room was clean! nice balkoni! no view !close to the main places such like Solo and Ark bar .....i would expect for better shower (from 1977)!! other than this..you get what you pay...please ignore the way to the pool beach////looks like they just stop putting money on the build ;)

Bra läge till stranden och poolen. God frukost och bra service vid poolrestaurangen.Vi hade en delux rum som var helt ok, dock spolade toaletten dåligt, vid påverkning kom dom genast och fixade det men det fortsatte. Över lag var vi nöjda då vi åkte med en 6-åring

Det enda som var bra med hotellet var läget. och då finns det så många andra hotell att ta in på. rekomenderas INTE. dålig service, dålig städning på rummet, fanns aldrig handdukar. ihoptejapde golv, och rummen luktade unket. hotellområdet såg ut som en krigszon.

중심지에 위치한 호텔
북적거리는 중심지에 위치하고 있어서 바이크나 차량 랜트등은 필요하지 않아 좋았지만 비행기가 머리위에서 오르내려 조용히 쉬기보단 밤문화 즐기며 놀기 좋은 곳인것 같아요
