Great stay
Apartment was very clean, tidy and comfortable. Pretty little balcony to watch sunsets over the water. Pool area was always clean and tidy with chaise lounge chairs available. Location was perfect for walking to local restaurants and tourist attractions. Always a red truck or taxis available. Close to airport. Valarie the building manager was very helpful with all your travel questions and needs. Valarie helped us with restaurants, taxis and scooter rental. She made it so easy. Thank you.

Superbe
La residence est vraiment superbe et l'appartement a une vue sur la mer magnifique. Cher Christian, Nous avons passés un fabuleux séjour en famille dans ton appartement.Celui-ci est propre, bien équipé, bien situé(commerces à proximité) et proche des embarcadères pour relier les iles de koh phangan et koh Tao. Le top est la location directe de scooters,chez toi pas de surprises!!!! Nous voulions te remercier de ta gentillesse et de tes conseils avisés et des services que tu peux nous rendre comme la reservation de taxi pour le retour. au plaisir de tres bientot te revoir toute la famille t'embrasse عزيزي المسيحي ، قضينا عطلة عائلية رائعة . بيتك نظيفة ، مجهزة تجهيزا جيدا ، موقع جيد و قريب من الاحواض لربط الجزر كوه فانجان و كوه تاو . أعلى هو استئجار دراجة نارية مباشرة ، لا مفاجآت !!!! أردنا أن أشكركم على لطفكم والموعظة الحسنة والخدمة التي يمكن أن تجعل لنا مثل حجز سيارة أجرة للعودة. يسرني أن أراك مرة أخرى قريبا جدا للعائلة بأكملها تبني لك .

MAGNIFICO
dopo una settimana in mezzo alla caotica Bangkok io e mia moglie abbiamo trascorso 3 settimane di relax nella paradisiaca Koh Samui per terminare il nostro viaggio di nozze. Navigando su internet ci siamo imbattuti nel papillon residence e dopo una serie di mail, convinti dalla professionalità del proprietario abbiamo deciso di prenotare. nulla di più azzeccato. non appena arrivati in aeroporto abbiamo trovato Cristian (il proprietario) ad attenderci e a darci il benvenuto "armato" di taxi. l'appartamento si trova a circa 10 minuti dall'aeroporto stesso e pur essendo senza pretese e' stata la nostra casa per 21 giorni. Dotato di tutti i confort indispensabili e con una ottima pulizia offre tra l'altro una graziosa piscina nella quale rinfrescarsi dopo il caldo della giornata. la struttura è abitata nella quasi totalità da cittadini francesi e belgi che per loro fortuna hanno avuto la possibilità di trasferirsi in pianta stabile in quel paradiso l'appartamento si trova a pochi metri dalla spiaggia, ma onestamente a circa due kilometri vi è un spiaggia che è un vero paradiso. Inoltre si trova vicino ad alcuni siti turistici tra i più visitati dell'isola (Big Buddha ed il Wat Plai Laem ) unica "pecca" è che risulta necessario avere un mezzo di locomozione per spostarsi agevolmente per l'isola anche se comunque e' facilissimo trovare mezzi di trasporto alternativi e a basso prezzo. sicuramente un ottimo rapporto qualità /prezzo ed il proprietario (Cristian) e il gestore (Valerie) saranno sempre a vostra disposizione per consigli. sicuramente ci torneremo e consiglieremo questo posto ad amici e conoscenti

Super vacances!
Proprio de bons conseils, dommâge que l'on ne se soit pas vu sur place! L'appartement est très agréable, conforme à la description. Ameublement sobre et très propre, logement bien équipé du nécessaire, terrasse donnant sur la piscine, très agréable et très belle vue sur le coucher de soleil. Bien situé, on est rapidement partout! Manque une télé écran plat et qqles chaînes en français pour une plus longue location mais pour les vacances, une pochette de DVD est à notre disposition et c'est bien suffisant! Resto à 500m, chez Petty! Super accueil et délicieux! On y revient à Samui, c'est le Paradis! :-)
