Some areas need a tiny bit of restoration love (floors as you enter the dining area) amd tile coming off on the in-pool chairs and the big fans in the lobby are not attractive if you are looking for a “complete vibe” but those are unimportant notes compared to the overall experience of staying there. "Great stay, we loved it so much that we extended our stay for an extra 10 nights on top of the original 9. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great facilities for kids. Really great massages at the spa. It’s postioned on top of a steep hill but they have a shuttle. Lovely pool too. I would stay there again. Bar drinks can be very expensive, good happy hour at the pool but outside of this it’s very expensive. Also did not like being charged for the individual activities at the Kids Club....

"Very nice property clean and with the best best beach in Phuket . Water was calm and clean . A lot of dining options from the beach bar , the buffet Japanese restaurant and a lot more . "We loved the fact that you could step onto your patio and then slip into the pool without actually leaving your room. Our room was very comfortable with the best bed we've had for a long long time. "I was thoroughly impressed with our stay here. Two minutes from the beach, all kinds of shopping just off the property and transportation was readily available. The restaurants one the property are very nice with a wide variety of foods. The breakfast was large with many different choices. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Facility and rooms are large and well maintained."

"I was kindly placed in room 323.I booked a pool side room which was not given. My wife was just happy to be at the Patong Paragon so room 323 was nice. The staff were fantastic and beautiful however some of the guests were rude and inconsiderate to staff which was distressing. I wish all the staff at the Paragon the best. "

"This stay was phenomenal. The villa is incredible and has an unreal view of the city. The staff is lovely, and the amenities are great. My only feedback would be paying for electricity - a bit ridiculous and expensive, be aware. Other than that, wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you for a lovely stay!"

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Pullman Phuket, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short stroll from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sea. The in-house dining options were impressive, with breakfast at Snail offering a delightful start to the day, and dinner at Thai Thai was equally enjoyable. One of the highlights of our evenings was the live music at the Andaman Lounge, which added a wonderful ambiance to our stay. I highly recommend trying the ravioli at Karon Cafe; it was a standout dish that we looked forward to. The hotel also boasts clean swimming pools and spacious rooms, which made our stay even more comfortable. We booked two junior suites, and they were simply brilliant. Overall, our experience at Pullman Phuket was amazing, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway."
