"This is a great place to stay! Had a fantastic stay at Belljem, where it felt like our home away from home. Right from booking, Mr Benny and the caretaker Mr Jose, were so friendly and open in communicating about our upcoming stay. "This is a very spacious and luxurious flat. It was exactly as listed. The owner Joy and the on-site contact was very responsive. Check in and check out was very easy. It was vey clean and had all the amenities for the stay. Location was very good and there is plenty of parking with great views of the backwaters from every room We very much enjoyed our stay and will stay here again. One thing which could be added is a dishwasher."

" I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Staff were excellent—very courteous and helpful throughout. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The breakfast spread was truly excellent, with a great variety and quality. However, the room didn’t quite meet my expectations. The bedding, in particular, was hard and lacked the softness and comfort I was hoping for. Overall, a decent stay with standout service and food."
