"First they gave us very small rooms with a terrible odor. After our objection, they changed and upgraded our rooms. The property was done luxury but now needs maintenance Spa and relayed facilities were not open which should be mentioned when I was making reservation."

"Far from Erciyes, we came for skiing, the apartments are new and very comfortable. Area is just apartment buildings , most of them empty stil. Mostly new buildings. Ok for a week and for ski holiday."
