The living room
Your accommodation, which is in a very quiet location, was designed in May 2017 with great attention to detail so that you can spend unforgettable days in dreamlike Koblenz.

You live in a 60 square meter fully furnished apartment that has been modernly and comfortably furnished.

The apartment consists of a spacious living room with a kitchenette, a spacious bedroom and a beautiful large bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Everything was thought of in the equipment:
A double box spring bed, a stool that can be converted into an additional bed with slatted frame, a flat screen TV with satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster is waiting for you ,
Duvets and pillows are suitable for allergy sufferers.

Outside you will find a beautifully designed seating area with a wonderful view and charcoal grill.

Bed linen and free towels are provided for you.
Parking is available in front of the house.

The apartment is suitable for up to 3 people.

Minimum stay: 2 nights
from 3 people: + € 10 per night

The price includes water, electricity and heating.

You can check in easily on the day of arrival.

Without exaggeration, Güls is one of the most beautiful and most livable parts of Koblenz.

Güls is over 1200 years old and is the "gateway to the Moselle". Wine growing on the Moselle begins here with the beautiful vineyards and delicious wine.

Güls is known far beyond the city, e.g. B. through the first wine festival of the year on the Moselle - the "blossom festival" and the well-known "Cafe Hahn" - a music and cabaret club at which many national and international artists have already performed.

Güls has an intact infrastructure - shopping facilities and medical care are available in sufficient numbers.
The city center is a 10-minute drive away. Public transport goes to Koblenz every hour.

Beautiful bike and hiking trails lead u. a. also to the well-known "dream paths" and the "Moselsteig".
Another highlight - the city beach of Koblenz - can be reached by bike or car in a few minutes.
