"Nice modern hotel. Dining room and breakfast buffet were excellent. Rooms were functional and clean. Bathroom was very small and could benefit from a shower door and fan. The underground public parking garage smelled of urine."

Da gibt es eine japanische Brücke über einen Koi-Teich als Zugang zum Hotel, daneben stehen Säulen im Hundertwasserstil, möglicherweise sogar Originale. "The hotel is a basic hotel and I mean basic. The room was clean but it was not till the morning of leaving that we realised that the room would only be cleaned if you left your key (even though they have spares). It was ideal for the railway station and a 10 minute walk to either the shopping centre or the River. A bit of modernisation and the facility of tea and coffee would make this the ideal travellers hotell."

"Lovely hotel; not too big, not too small. Friendly helpful staff, friendly quiet guests, small but perfectly adequate breakfast. We stayed with our two children in a family room and it was a good size with plenty of room for us all. Stayed in July and it could have done with aircon but not too bad. Parking was on street but right outside, limited to 4hrs during 0800-2000. Pay by phone app made it easy and we were only there overnight so time limit was not an issue. "Staff member was very helpful arranging our trip to Burg Eltz. The hotel is conveniently located by the Koblenz Train Station and there are several nice restaurants in the area. It was a great experience."
