The room i was offered was very dirty, there were cigarette ashes on the table, the bathroom was dirty and the worst part was that I opened the microwave and there was a bucket full of moulded chicken so i quickly called receptionist, he came up and said he was sorry and quickly took the moulded chicken out from the microwave. "There are many "positives" about this apartment. The price is excellent. The location in a residential neighborhood is a short walk from the train and the old town and there are multiple grocery stores nearby.
