"The staff is very nice, their english is great, the room is spacious, the bathroom is great (big tub, bide), lots of amenities included in the price, pool water temperature warmer then in any hotel I have been at, saunas always working, jacuzzi warm and controled by guests (jets not preprogrammed), breakfast selection and airplane bar - excellent! "The location and hotel itself is OK ( ... yep a bit pricey ...), food was OK, staf we fine. But the electric car charging was complete joke. Provided by some local company, help only in german language and QR codes for one-time charging did not work. Just wondering if they really work (for austrian citizens) or if they are just a scam for tourists. They can do better in 2024."
