"Because the hotel is located at the tram line 1 and just 2 stops from metro station, if you are lucky you can get to downtown in under 15 minutes, and if not lucky under 25 minutes, which is very convenient considering that the hotel is much cheaper than downtown hotels. Room is very good. Recommend it."

"They try really hard and are super nice. It’s an old property and has a lot of limitations, but the front desk staff really went out of their way to be nice and do the best they could with limited resources. I really wish there had been air conditioning and the pillows and towels had been nicer. Having to keep the windows open for cooling caused secondary noise issues because moderate noise in neighboring rooms was much more audible. "I really enjoyed my stay. However, I missed dairy free alternatives from breakfast ( eg bakery, pancake, spread etc.). I think the jams served do not match Hiltons brand; I expected to find jams from local suppliers served in glasses."
