"When I booked the whole room, it clearly has a tag 'private washroom' but when i get into the room, there was no private washroom rather than a common space for shower, basin and toilet and male female washroom was not separated which was very inappropriate. The hostel should remove the fake advertising of 'private washroom' with this dorm room."

"Great hostel to stay at, very lively and always something going on. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a private room which was just like a very standard hotel room. Music was loud but that is expected with it being a party hostel, and music is turned down every night at 1 anyways. Overall a very pleasant stay!"

"Comfortable beds and new rooms that smell and look clean. Customer service was excellent and any issues were quickly solved. I would recommend this to backpackers who wanna spend a couple nights in Ao Nang. Good location and chill atmosphere."

"Location is convenient and only about 10 minutes from the beach walking. There are lots of restaurants and bars in the area. Staff are friendly and helpful, and they do a good job maintaining the property. The bathroom situation is in the hallways where the doors to the dorms are, so it's a bit awkward and limited privacy. "The hotel is perfectly located near all the restaurants and bars but far enough so that you don't hear all the music at night. Beds are not very comfortable and the bathroom was a bit dirty, but I guess you get what you pay for.."

"I knocked down the number of stars because of two things. The AC was absolutely freezing in the dorms. I could barely sleep I was so cold, even with sweat pants and hoodie. Also only a couple of the bathrooms worked and they did not have sink for brushing teeth. You could see where sink had been. In general bathroom not too great. "

"Booked a hostel bed for one night but when I arrived, all the beds were taken so agter a bit of confusion and waiting I was shown to a room in the hotel part of the chain, which was absolutely stunning. I only had to share with one other person which made this the steal of the century for a last min booking on NYE on Phi Phi. Definitely keen to book with the hotel again as it would be nice to have that beautiful room all to myself next time. "

"Somebody was at the ferry port to assist us to the lobby. Check in was quick, Villa was beautiful. But Mosquitoes were everywhere. We found other bugs in our bedroom. Such an unpleasant way to sleep/get ready. Location was perfect for us but our neighbors were bothered by the music nearby keeping them up until 1am. Close to the beach. "

"Very cool place, the pool is perfect and the view is unreal so to have both is amazing especially for the price. Do think the place could with some updating as it’s beginning to look dated. The hill up to the property is very steep, some taxis and drivers won’t go up there so be mindful of that when you’re booking. Me and my partner are young and fit and it was a task. There is a shuttle that runs throughout the day that’s free to guests so if you time it right you won’t need to worry. "

"This was one of our favorite properties, we were located on the second floor and even though the front desk said it didn't have a view it have a really nice view of the mountains. The bed was super comfortable, large pool and recliners available, its basically a mini apartment with a kitchen, full fridge, spacious shower and a large balcony. "Nice area, great room, comfy bed, loud aircondition and party until midnight. Breakfast wasn‘t so good like the other recommendations said. A big selection but everything a little bit dirty and too much. Poolarea was always full because some people reserve the place with there towels in the morning. "Amazing resort off Phuket - easy to get to as hotel transfer was well organised. The pools and beach weee lovely. Hotel buffet breakfast was great with traditional live Thai music playing and we also attended a fire and Thai dancing dinner show. Highly recommend! "

"We really enjoyed our stay at this charming little resort. The casitas are perfect for a couple but would be too small for a family. We really enjoyed the restaurant as well. They have a great pool and a beach just steps away from the pool. I read a lot of reviews complaining about noise, there were bars accross the bay playing music until the early hours each morning. You could hear the base but I could never make out the song. I only heard it when I woke up at night to use the bathroom....it did not effect my sleep in any way! Phi Phi Island has a lot of bars with loud music but the side of the bay that this resort is on is very quite at night. I would be happy to stay here again."
