Arrived from Phi Phi for a 2 night stay, only to find after several minutes at reception, that the deluxe bungalow I had booked several months in advance wasn't available.
We were told we could stay in one of the cheap wooden rooms at the back of the site for 1 night (they were not very nice at all) & move to a deluxe bungalow the next morning. We agreed to this, but didn't enjoy the 1st night at all.
The next morning, went to reception to change rooms only to be told that our booked bungalow wasn't available again. We went back to the room, packed our bags, booked a new hotel online, & left the hotel within 30 mins.
I sent an email complaint off to Expedia that afternoon, (who I had booked through), and they refunded the entire cost of the stay within 24hrs, with an apology.
When a business doesn't care about its customers at all, I certainly wouldn't recommend staying at such a place
