"We came to ko lanta in low season and the island seemed quieter than we expected. It gave us a chance to really relax around the beautiful resort based right on Klong nin beach. I’ve been impressed with the amount of staff busily doing their jobs. As an early riser, I’ve seen them sweep the walkways, scoop the leaves out of the pools and sweep the beach daily. More sunbeds would help here as there are some selfish people who "reserve" the sunbeds by placing their towels over them early in the morning although not actually turning up until almost lunchtime. "Worst hotel experience we've honestly ever had. Our air con broke one night into our stay so the room was a sweat box. We had a total of 6 people come in to our room to confirm it was broken, they said they could offer another room to so we packed up our stuff ready to move then they retracted the offer saying they had no room availability. "This hotel had bedbugs. We had a reservation in the 3br suite and around 11pm discovered there were bedbugs infested in all 3 rooms. I struggled with posting this review because all of the the staff are so nice but I see the room is available for reservation again and it was a total nightmare to discover this and deal with sanitizing our things and finding a new place to stay in the middle of the night. "The resort is beautiful at the end of the beach so it feels like a private beach for the resort. We stayed in the junior suite with a jacuzzi and it was perfect! With an amazing sea view. Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. I will stay here when I come back and will recommend to any friends. "

"The property was very well taken care of. The owner of the property was very attentive to us. He helped us find great food and massages on the island. He even told us where to look on the island to find monkeys, which we did. If you visit Koh Mook, this is the place to stay. "
