"On arrival we were given a warm friendly welcome, we arrived an hour before check in time, however they were more than happy to allow us to check in and showed us to our room . Everything was explained to us . You can book tours ,hire scooters at reception. The restaurant is on the beach front with amazing sea views . I really can’t express how good this hotel is and friendly the staff are , all of them are pleasant great you with a smile and will go that extra mile to help you . We will definitely recommend and will return year after year "

"This resort would be absolutely ideal for families with young children. The number of pools and access from the water access apartments is ideal. The rooms are just starting to show their age a little and some areas could benefit from a deep clean and recondition, but overall this place was great and the staff were brilliant."

"Paradise! Let’s start with the good …. Stunning pool, spacious rooms with beautiful outlook, clean but with the usual firm beds. Gorgeous grounds and right on a beach that stretches for ever both ways- great for walking. There is a pack of dogs that roam the property. They hang around the restaurant and beg for food. They seem harmless but I wasn’t tempted to pat one. In good health though and probably owned by the resort. No cats to be seen The not so good would be the majority of the patronage were Russians. Strange vibe from them, verging on unfriendly. The sea was murky grey and not tempting to swim in at all. Maybe it was the time of year we were there? Something to note is you access the property via a long boat or ferry across a substantial river then shuttle van. The long boat cost 80 baht for the 3 of us and the shuttle appeared to be free (phone the resort on arrival at the pier) All in all a lovely place with lovely staff but it has no soul"
