Located off the fast paced Knoxville life style yet 15 minutes from downtown Oak Ridge or your favorite UT venue and 40 minutes from our Great Smokey Mountains!! Half hour quick drive to Wind Rock too. You will not want to leave!
Great for business stays/solo travelers/families.
Your safety is important, the yard is fenced and secure and it is a no smoking property. The enclosed covered porch is cozy and complete with a swing, glider and ambiance that includes string lighting & throws.
Your well behaved, potty trained fur baby of 40 pounds or less is welcome (with a pet fee of course).
We added a mini fort, complete with a sand box, slide and toddler size rock wall! (PLEASE remember children must be accompanied by an adult as we assume no responsibility for accidents).
The kitchen has full size Fridge/Freezer with ice maker, Dish washer, Stove top with Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Plates, Bowls, everything you need to create a dinner worthy of your family.
From the coffee bar to the adjoining rooms to the comfy beds, you will love the easy flow and relaxing atmosphere enough to make memories that will last a lifetime!

Perfect place for moving our daughter into college!!
This rental was absolutely PERFECT for our needs. We moved our oldest daughter into college for her freshman year and Sweet T’s was just the perfect place to stay to do that! We were only 10-15 minutes (depending on traffic) minutes away from Crown Bible College which was amazing to be able to take breaks during the busy weekend and run back “home”. The accommodations were wonderful! Everything at bed the listing description and the pictures! The sweet little coffee bar was a hit with our family!! Well stocked rental with bed linens, towels, and even cookware!! Beds were comfortable, water pressure in the shower was wonderful, and the fenced in yard was perfect for our pup! Miss Sue was always very quick to respond to any questions! We will be back for visits with our daughter over the next few years and we will for sure be staying at Sweet T’s again!!

Spring visit
My son lives nearby and I decided to come down for a visit. This is a nice rental with two bedrooms, a very nice fenced in yard and quite neighborhood. When I come back to the area for a visit, I'll certainly hope that this rental is available.

Quiet stay away from the hustle, but easy enough to get too.
We loved our time at Sweet T's. Sue was so kind and communicative! The house was cozy and the beds were comfy. We were about 25 minutes from Knoxville and just over an hour to Gatlinburg. The adults enjoyed the patio and my son enjoyed the yard!

Great location, just a few miles to everything! Cozy, comfortable, feel of home! The home was well stocked with everything you need! We had a very pleasant stay. This was a nice house in a quite area. The location was great because it was out of heavy traffic but easy access to downtown Knoxville. We had everything we needed in the house and the beds were comfortable. The fenced yard was also great for our pups.

We were in town for a funeral and we're able to have some amazing family time. Sweet T's has everything you need. I felt so relaxed on the porch swing. The pups were able to play in the fenced in yard which was a plus.

My girlfriends and I decided to plan a trip to Knoxville and watch the Gators play UT. We absolutely loved our stay at Sweet T's! Fantastic stay!

We had 3 people and one dog stay while rowing at Oak Ridge. It was perfect! All the amenities and it was very cozy and comfortable. Make sure to stop by the house before shopping for the week because Sue has lots of condiments, spices and a lot of the basics already there. Thank you for the hospitality -- it was great!

Great stay
Sue was great at communicating and making sure our needs were met. Definitely good place to stay for a small group. Maybe more so friends than a family with multiple adults but we were treated well and would stay again. Nice to have a place for the dog to actually stay and the house is very accommodating to pets! House was a little older but very clean. Parking is a little confusing, we couldn't find the back parking so probably an error on our side. We ended up leaving something and the owner kindly mailed it to us. So sweet. We would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for making our stay great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!! Spent more time here than with family- it’s very cozy and clean. I would give a heads-up to ladies that she would not like you to use towels to remove makeup. Not a big deal, but left me with a conundrum…. Also, we are outdoor smokers and walked outside of the property every time. Which is also not a big deal, until it rains. Other than that, PERFECT!!!! Great stay!!! I would recommend to anyone, except when we’re coming in town, then you’re not allowed there. Haha!
