Welcome to my West Knoxville home . Perfect location for your family and friends to gather with easy access to shopping, eating and let's not forget Tennessee sports. With simple access from the interstate to put you within 8 minutes from downtown knoxville or less than 5 minutes to a shopping experience of west town mall. This is also perfect for those who looking for alternative means to get around without having to drive.to travel through Uber or Lyft without having to pay for expensive prices. I would recommend this option especially if you coming in for a sporting event at the university of Tennessee.

The house comes with basic amenities such as. Keyless entry. washer and dryer. Brand new refrigerator. One and half bathroom with walk-in shower and office space for work (those staying longer than 4 weeks). Free access to the Wi-Fi high speed internet. Hulu tv. The house has central heat and cooling. Hard wood floors with carpet in the living room only. Perfect for a traveling family’s, travel nurses or just weekend getaway to enjoy East Tennessee.

*** the office will be locked unless requested for use for those who are staying a month or longer

*** inclement weather conditions*** Please plan accordingly. I do understand travel can be a headache at times and things do happen especially with the weather. With that being said. The cancellation policy will be held up. Things such as weather, cancellations of flights or road emergency, are out of my control. We had a nice stay here. The house was clean with a full kitchen. It had a nice living room for gathering. The beds were comfortable, two bathrooms, and a washer// dryer. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute house that was close to everything. The host was awesome. The coffee pot stopped working and he went and bought a new one and put it in the garage for us so he wouldn’t disturb us. Definitely will stay there again.

Edward was fantastic from booking, to directions, to providing clear entry instructions. The place was clear, well appointed with bedding and linens. Very easy access to the highway and only 8 minutes to downtown.

Perfect house so close to UT
Very much enjoyed my stay here. Edward, the host is fantastic! I had everything I needed. Three top things to mention: I love the water filter! I drink a lot of water and that ice cold water on demand was amazing. I loved the roar of the cicadas at night. And the television!!! OMG!!! Less than a $10 Uber to Neyland. I honestly wish I owned this home. Love it!!!!

We came into town for a festival & stayed here. Edward was an amazing host, had everything we needed, & he was communicative to ensure all our needs were met. The house is very well maintained, you can tell he care a lot about his guests & the house. The house is only 10-15 minutes from the heart of downtown Knoxville & closer to some amazing restaurants. I would highly recommend this house for your vacation. Gives you lots of access to the town & gives you a comfortable & homey space to relax after a long day of exploring.

Cute place with a great owner
There were zero issues checking in or out. Not only did Edward answer all the questions I had, he also looked out for us. He contacted me to let me know about a storm system moving in and how to prepare and what to expect. The place was great and he kept in contact. I would definitely recommend him and his place to all!!!
