Spectacular location and spacious place
This charming apartment is located where you want to be in Knoxville - right in Market Square! The place was spotless when we arrived, the beds were comfy, and there was everything we needed for an easy stay. It can get noisy at night, so the earplugs provided were much appreciated. I would definitely stay here again!

Market Square Location
Very clean, spacious condo. Perfect for a weekend, or short stay while in Knoxville. You cannot beat the location. Market Square is the heart of Knoxville with easy access to campus. Will definitely stay here again.

2nd trip to Knoxville
This was our second time staying at this location and we LOVE it. The apartment is clean, very well stocked, adorably decorated and is the best location in town. It is right in the middle of everything, Market Square, Gay Street, Old Town, etc. Our daughter has 4+ years of grad school left so we will definitely be back to stay again!

Great place in THE HEART on Knoxville Asked friends what to see and do, literally most everything in walking distance, some within 200 ft Apartment has great views, well furnished and a cozy place to get away Excellent communication from owners. Make sure to check out Alice In Appalachia while there!!

Visited Knoxville for a conference, and this was an amazing home base. Close the everything down town, overlooking market square: food, shops, night life, farmers market all just steps away. We will be back

Just a weekend exploring Knoxville
Our first visit to Knoxville with our adult son. Yes, there is late night and early morning noise, so if you're sensitive to that, this place is not for you, but if you can work around it, the space is wonderful and the location is amazing. So much to do and so many great places to eat and drink all within walking distance. We also got some fantastic restaurant recommendations from our hosts that we really enjoyed. We loved this place and would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay. Clean and ready to go. Easy walking to all restaurants and parking was pretty cheap for 3 full days in nearby garage spot. If it is available, I am staying again!

Stayed here Memorial Day weekend for my daughter’s wedding which was on a rooftop in Market Square. Great location, very clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and parking is very close by. There is street noise, but we expected that given the location.
