This newly renovated studio apartment complex is the perfect place to stay, just minutes from downtown, public transportation, and with easy onsite parking! Surrounded by shops and restaurants, it comes fully furnished and equipped for a comfortable stay. The studio features a king-size bed, a kitchenette with a stovetop and refrigerator, and a spacious bathroom with a relaxing bathtub. You’ll enjoy streaming your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, staying connected with free Wi-Fi, and relaxing in the seasonally opened on-site pool. With air conditioning, heating, and free parking, everything is designed to make your stay a breeze. Please note, there is no onsite office – follow our instructions for easy communication!

The Space:
Second Creek Studios is a modern studio apartment, featuring a comfy king sized bed, kitchenette with a stove top, refrigerator, and microwave, and a spacious bathroom. With free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, heating, and easy parking, this space has everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. Enjoy access to the on-site pool, a perfect way to unwind! Please keep in mind, the pool is open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend.

You can drive, ride share or use the bus - it stops nearby!

Other Things to Note:
This is not a motel with onsite office or staff. We run strictly as an Airbnb. Starter supplies are provided along with towels and basic amenities. The kitchen is equipped with a starter pack as well, including instant coffee, disposable plates/cutlery, and a pot and pan. We do not have daily housekeeping services.

Not a non-smoking room
Our room had clearly been smoked in. Made it through the first night, messaged to be moved to a different room. That wasn’t an option. Contacted property manager. Was told could have room cleaned - was told they needed a 6 hour window to clean. We arrived back at room late after football game. Room had not been touched. We tried to find another room but most everything was sold out. We left and started our 6 hr ride home at 1 am. hour window.

The property was okay. Because I have issues with communication with others I was asked to leave at the end of my week. I would have liked to stay longer. People mistake my talking and rambling as a threat to them. I am no longer welcome to any properties that the cleaning staff has access to which is a lot of properties in the Knoxville area. SAD People have issues with those who are a little different.
