Family Reunion
We needed a place in Knoxville close to family that would be easy for our 85 year old aunt with Parkinson’s to navigate. This home was perfect for the 6 of us in so many ways.

Great for families
This was the perfect place for us to be together while visiting a family member in the UT Medical Center. Reserving was easy, even on short notice. The house was quiet, clean and comfortable and everything we needed.

Four bathrooms!!
Everything was awesome. We had 9 adults and each bedroom had a bath atrach, which made everthing easy. The kitchen is much better stocked than i expected, so next time i will plan to cook in

Loved this! Close to town but not in the thick of it
We really love this place. Very clean. It is a short drive into the main part of town but not in the thick of all the Knoxville noise and traffic. We will definitely stay here again for the next trip up to Knoxville!

This home has everything one would need for their stay in the Knoxville area. The house was clean and well stocked with everything you would need. Communication with the owners was excellent. Thank you for allowing us to stay and spend time with our family!

Nice spot for family holidays
Nice, newer house with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Pretty good location if you want to be near Knoxville, but quite a few two lane roads in and out. Good sized kitchen and plenty dishes and kitchen items for a large group. Great place for our family holiday festivities!

Great Vol Football weekend

This was like a vacation and so very nice. House was clean and well appointed and it was only 8 miles from campus. We had a ball and would encourage anyone to stay there! so very cozy and ample bathrooms!

Perfect for regatta weekends
We were visiting for a regatta in Oak Ridge. We split the cost of our stay with two other families. Plenty of space, clean, and 20 minutes from the venue. Definitely recommend staying.

Family gathering
Unfortunately, we need a place to stay while we attended our cousin's funeral in Knoxville. The facility was much better than staying in a hotel because there were 2 senior citizens that would have problems getting around. this facility was very convenient for all our needs. The location was in the vicinity of our event, and the drive there and back was nice. All of the amenities were appropriate, and the place was roomy. We all agree that recommendation of this facility is highly recommended.

VRBO rental was clean and OK stocked. Well laid out and roomy. Did have issues with master suite shower floor - cracked, rotten, very slippery and dangerous. Reached out to host through app, did not hear back - finally texted and got reply. Voiced my concern not really happy with reply - Communication and customer service skills could be improved.

Clean, but a condo not a home
This is a free standing unit in a condo complex. A few years old, Gas grill worn out. A few mechanical problems. Electric problem in guest bathroom. No power or lights. Could not get to breaker box. Clean unit however.
