"Very well appointed property, spotlessly clean and fresh. Plenty of toiletries for guests convenience and lovely soft towels. The kitchen had everything we needed and when the coffee machine developed a fault, Gemma had it replaced and upgraded within a couple of hours with a terrific machine which kept me suitably caffeinated for our stay. Great host."

"The Cross is an outstanding gem of a little hotel about a half hours drive north of Stornoway on the rugged and beautiful west coast. The staff are fabulous; the food fabulous and the rooms are comfortable. Leave the Stornoway hotels to their over-priced quest to city type uniformity and be part of the Cross. You won't regret it!"
