"They have a long long way to go before they can call themselves hoteliers.The shower room was a disaster. The TV was not working properly. The toilet flush would not fill again once you have flushed. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was very very basic cooking "

"BED BUGS. Top floor room #7. No housekeeping during entire four day stay. Never saw a single staff member on-site. Keys just left on the counter for check-in. Internet DOES NOT work at the upper level floors. Owner unwilling to partial refund or acknowledge any issues with stay."
