"My 94 year old father and I stayed here on a visit to my son, who lives in Apex. We needed a ranch with few steps, and this property worked out beautifully. Everything was clean, well maintained and updated. And the carport provided protection from rain during entry into the house. There is a nice deck and a yard off the kitchen which is very nice. Of note: While it did not impact us at all, there is a large construction site next door to the house. "

We liked that MBR had own sitting area with French doors - great for multi-Gen family stay. Only comment is house is on corner of two busy streets so you do hear road noise, especially in. Morning.
