"I had the best 5 day stay at mountain plaza in Davos. Before arriving I had requested to cancel a day for a refund as my plans changed. I called the front desk and had a lovely conversation with Fabio. This was a bit of foreshadowing to my stay. "There is a difference between the "3 star" versus the "4 star" hotel but guests are able to partake in ameneities of both: including the shuttle that brings guests directly to the train station/entrance to Jakobshorn. Overall the service was the crowning jewel of our experience. My husband injured himself during our snowboarding run so we came down the mountain early.
