"We'd been eagerly waiting for our trip to happen for 2 years having initially booked a 2020 stay. The pandemic interfered of course, travel plans up in the air! "Tried to put me in inferior room than the one I booked. After complaint was given a room with safe not working. Third room I was given was an upgrade but the internet worked horribly in all 3 rooms which were in different parts of hotel, different levels. Bed wasnt very comfortable. No way this hotel deserves anything close to the rating it has. One of the rooms the sink was over the toilet making it awkward to use.
