In a quiet location within a residential area, only approx. 300 m from the Müritz and the popular cycle path, there is a cosy holiday home for up to 4 people on the owner's approx. 900 m² residential property. Restaurants, the harbour, a café and a farmers' market with baked goods are all within walking distance.

Completely renovated in 2019, the approx. 40 m² non-smoking house on 2 floors has a living room (couch, flat-screen TV with DVD player, folding dining table), a small kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge, toaster, coffee machine) and bathroom on the ground floor and a sleeping area (1 double bed, 1 pull-out bed) on the upper floor (open staircase). The house is centrally heated, with underfloor heating in the kitchen and bathroom. Free Wi-Fi, a furnished terrace with barbecue, bicycle storage, a cot, high chair and children's toys as well as public (free) parking are also available.

The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen and towels as well as water and energy consumption. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. One small dog up to 30 cm in size is allowed in this accommodation - no cats.

The state-approved resort of Klink, beautifully situated on an isthmus between the Müritz (Germany's largest inland lake) and the Kölpinsee, has developed into a popular holiday destination. The spa town of Waren (Müritz) is only approx. 6 km away and can be easily reached by bus or boat. In Klink there is a castle worth seeing, several beaches, a landing stage for passenger ships, a marina, boats and boats bike hire, mini golf course, salt grotto, tennis and bowling facilities in winter, restaurants and shopping facilities, including a large farmers' market. The popular and well-known Müritz cycle path leads directly through the village, which you can combine with trips on the passenger ship. Golf, fitness, wellness, sauna and swimming pool can be found in Göhren-Lebbin (approx. 12 km), the motorway access is approx. 17 km away.
