"The stay was good. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Fan on AC/Heat blew black particles out which got all over the bed next to it. Breakfast server was very rude!"

"This is a well maintained and comfortable place to stay. The room was clean and cozy on a cold winter day and the staff were friendly and checked us in early. There are food options on site, and Hershey has a number of local places that are fantastic to eat at. I recommend this as a stay for anyone vosiring the area. "

"The room was clean and fine except for the HVAC system. You either had to have the heat on full blast or else the air came on. Spent the whole night alternating between hot and cold."

"Stayed here while visiting the grandkids, nice place but the only change the towels, empty the trash, and make the beds in the room every other day. They also didn’t have bottled water in the room "

"The valet service was exceptional and kind. When checking in they asked me when I would be leaving. The next day my car was waiting promptly for me as I checked out even though I did not call for the car. Little things like that make a difference. "
