"Met by host, Serge, who gave us a great welcome and intro to property. Host had included some welcome treats, including a bottle of champagne and Belgian chocolates.. and Christmas decorations as we celebrated Christmas here. Fully equipped kitchen, heating and comfy beds meant a great stay. We used the cottage as a base for exploring the area and it was great- the beachfront at De Haan was beautiful and easy access to Ghent and Bruges… Great communication and check out procedure… Thanks so much...

"We arrived on a sunday afternoon when shops are closed but bought some food to bring . Only negative we found was that there were no sheets or duvet covers . Hard to know sizes in advance and shops being closed made it challenging for first night when you travel from far away countries. Most other things available in the house. It has a good electric cookplate ,good size fridge,small freezer compartment. Sofa s are covered with blankets but comfortable. Beds were comfortable but single matresses...

"We spent a week in the house, discovering the area of De Haan. The house was clean and fitted our needs perfectly. We chose it also because of the garden as we travelled with our dog. The beach is less than 2km away which makes for a nice walk. The communication with the owner was easy, he got back to us quickly. The only problem we occurred was with a wi-fi which we had trouble to connect to. The area is made of holiday houses, it's quiet, dog friendly. Our children also used the shared...

"We had a wonderful stay. The hostess, Régine, is very warm and welcoming. The house is very well equipped, especially for families with little ones. The two adult bikes (each with a child seat) were in great condition (we did bring a helmet for our toddler). The kitchen has everything except spices and paper towels. We also brought laundry detergent, sheets, towels, and TP. Less than 10 minute walk to beach. Lots of nice walking and bike trails close by, plus a convenient mini-grocer. Yard has...

"Das Haus ist sehr schön, es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Betten sind bequem, das Internet funktioniert super. Es gibt zwei Parkplätze direkt vor dem Eingang. Die Anlage ist gross und man hat Platz.Die Sauna haben wir auch genutzt das hat Spass gemacht. Der Besitzer ist seeeehr nett und freundlich. Er war super pünktlich hat sogar schon auf uns gewartet. Wir können dieses Haus auf jedenfall herzlich weiter empfehlen. Bis hoffentlich ein anderes Mal in de Haan. "
