Wir haben unseren Kurzurlaub sehr genossen - vielen Dank! Ein Aufzug wäre Klasse - war aber bereits angekündigt, dass dieser nicht vorhanden ist - also kein Minuspunkt. Auch ist keine Klimaanlage vorhanden - hier empfehle ich einen Ventilator mitzunehmen für die Dachgeschosswohnung im Sommer. "

"Unser Check In lief nicht so gut. Wir buchten ein Doppelzimmer und bekamen als erstes ein Apartment das total veraltet war, Die Stufen nach oben waren defekt. Wir beschwerten uns über die Unterkunft und darauf hin wurde sofort Abhilfe geschaffen. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer mit Seeblick, das für ein 2 Sternehotel ok war. Das Frühstückspersonal war sehr freundlich und die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gesäubert. Handtücher wurden auch jeden Tag ausgetauscht. L.G."

"We had a wonderful stay. The hostess, Régine, is very warm and welcoming. The house is very well equipped, especially for families with little ones. The two adult bikes (each with a child seat) were in great condition (we did bring a helmet for our toddler). The kitchen has everything except spices and paper towels. "Met by host, Serge, who gave us a great welcome and intro to property. Host had included some welcome treats, including a bottle of champagne and Belgian chocolates.. and Christmas decorations as we celebrated Christmas here. Fully equipped kitchen, heating and comfy beds meant a great stay. We used the cottage as a base for exploring the area and it was great- the beachfront at De Haan was beautiful and easy access to Ghent and Bruges… Great communication and check out procedure… Thanks so much...
