"Our stay was in three words: stressful, frustrating, and grimy. The man responsible for check in took us into the apartment, where he turned a valve, and said the “water tank is on”, and gave us a key. Once he left, the water tank was still not turning on and we noticed several other distressing items in the apartment to note here. 1) The ground had a layer of dirt and sand.
