This chic and high-quality furnished holiday apartment "Käptn's Koje" is located in a typical Frisian thatched house. Enjoy your relaxing holiday on the North Sea here.

The modern attic flat was completed in 2017 and offers space for two people. It combines North German charm with modern living culture and energy efficiency. The geothermal underfloor heating ensures a cosy atmosphere.

The living and kitchen area is perfect for cosy, snug evenings for two. The high-quality induction hob and the oven at standing height offer plenty of convenience when cooking.

The cosy box-spring bed in the separate bedroom ensures a good night's sleep. The sleeping experience directly under the thatch next to the walk-in wardrobe and the view of the sunset over the fields complete the romantic, North Frisian ambience. The interior is allergy-friendly.

The highlight of the apartment is the roof terrace for exclusive use. It is sheltered from the wind and open for sunny moments. Enjoy a glass of wine or your first coffee in the morning nestled between the thatched roofs. The high-quality beach chair adds to the holiday atmosphere. Here you can relax wonderfully.

The apartment also has a safe for your personal valuables, insect screens in front of the windows and a lockable bicycle shed (shared with guests in the ground floor apartment). The WLAN radio also has a Bluetooth connection.

Holiday apartment DSH333 is located on the ground floor of the house. The entrance area with staircase is used by both apartments; each apartment has its own, naturally lockable entrance door.

The property is also the ideal starting point for excursions, long bike tours and long walks.

Klanxbüll in the north of North Friesland is also easy to reach by train thanks to the railway line to Westerland on Sylt and is ideal for exploring the entire Frisian coast with its islands and Halligen.
It is just as easy to get to Denmark with the bathing island of Rømø, to Husum with its castle and crocus blossom, to numerous natural fishing waters, to the nearby Emil Nolde Museum and to Flensburg with its numerous shopping options.

The local supermarket, bakery, café, railway station, doctor and restaurants are also within easy walking distance. A folder with tips and important information is available for guests in the house.

Apartment DSH333 is located on the ground floor and can also be rented.

Luxoriös ausgestattetes Appartement, dass keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sehr sauber. Schöne Terasse mit Strandkorb, auf der man sehr gut die Sonne geniessen kann. Bäcker und Supermarkt sehr nah gelegen. Guter Ausgangspunkt, von dem man Ausflüge an die Nordseeküste, Dänemark oder auch Sylt machen kann. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Gerne wieder.

Ferien im November
Die Wohnung ist herausragend gut, uneingeschränkte Empfehlung! Wofür sie aber nichts kann: Ein paar Tage im voraus haben wir uns per e-mail nach der Schlüsselübergabe erkundigt, bekamen jedoch leider keine Antwort. Wir reisten also an, konnten dann aber rasch den Hausverwalter ausfindig machen, der uns sofort in die Wohnung führte. Bei Außentemp. von wenigen Graden über Null hätte man sich gerne aufgewärmt, die Wohnung war jedoch ungeheizt. Alle Regler der Fußbodenheizung waren auf Aus gestellt! Wie uns der Hausverwalter erklärte, fühle man sich nach einer langen Reise im allgemeinen erschöpft und so sei es normal, dass man eine Wohnung als zu kalt empfinde. Seine Frau wurde nicht müde, uns zu versichern, dass sie alle Regler auf Stufe 2 eingestellt hätte. Mehrere Erklärungen taten sich in unseren Köpfen auf - Sehschwäche unsererseits, versteckte Mitbewohner etc. Nun gut... Da wir aber selbst eine Fußbodenhag. mit Erdwärmespeisung betreiben, hatten wir nicht allzuviel Hoffnung, dass am nächsten morgen wohlige Wärme die müden Glieder empfangen würde. Genau so war es dann leider auch. Die Stufe 6, die wir übrigens die gesamte Woche über als unseren Favorite wählten, hatte bis dahin natürlich noch nicht ihre volle Schlagkraft entfaltet und so fröstelten wir bei immerhin erhöhter Raumtemperatur weiter. Das Hausmeisterehepaar macht uns freundlicherweise nach erfolgtem weiteren Anruf seine Aufwartung und stellte Telefonkontakt zum Eigentümer her. Dieser eröffnete uns per Ferndiagnose, dass die Wohnung mit 21*C ausreichend warm sei. Ansichtssache. Um es kurz zu machen: nach einem Tag, den wir außer Haus verbrachten, fanden wir etwa 24 Stunden nach Ankunft ein warmes Nest, das uns keine Schauer mehr über den Rücken jagte, hatte sich die Heizung doch mittlerweile mächtig ins Zeug gelegt. Um sie nicht zu verstimmen, rührten wir die Regler wie bereits erwähnt nicht mehr an. Im Badezimmer allerdings konnten wir unsere Handtücher nicht dazu bringen, alle Feuchtigkeit des letzten Duschganges loszuwerden, sie waren die ganze Zeit über klamm. Der Hausverwalter meinte dann beim Abschied, wir hätten ja die Fenster geöffnet, er habe es beobachtet. Nach unserem Geschmack lüftet man nach einem Toilettengang gerne mal, nicht stundenlang, nein, eher kurz, damit beim nächsten Besuch olfaktorisch Ausgangsbedingungen herrschen. Wir sind gespannt, ob uns der Nikolaus eine teilweise Erstattung der Miete beschert.
