Outdoor shower, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 1.3 km, restaurant 10 km, pebble beach "Volosko" 17 km, concrete beach 17 km. Please note: 1st floor is closed and not occupied.
