"Everyone here was so lovely! The air conditioning was broken and they were very apologetic. The staff are helpful and friendly and kind. They helped with all kinds of things! I was able to check in early, they hung onto my bags when I had to wait for my train so I could go out and see more of the lovely town. They had good dining recommendations. The location is great & they have a beautiful outdoor seating area where you can get a drink. Breakfast is simple, but filling! Would stay again!"

"Historic palace hotel. Huge rooms. Wander the halls to see history posters in Slovak and English and objects of interest. Grounds include walking paths, exercise station, kiddie trampoline, 2 peacocks in a cage. Good European breakfast buffet. Unloading luggage when we arrived at night was do it yourself for a distance. Check ahead on accessibility questions. "

"Very nice property, excellent restaurant, good service except our room was not cleaned. We stayed for two nights and there was a wedding party each night. Quite noisy and disturbing until very late in the night or rather early in the morning. It is a pity our stay at this beautiful stylish property suffered from the above. So make sure you book here only when you are a member of the respective wedding party!"
