This splendid home enjoys a private infinity pool and hot tub overlooking the Currituck Sound - this is the perfect spot to delight yourself with fantastic sunset views from the pool and hot tub every day! Another great perk, if not the best, is the huge game room, filled with a pool table, a Ping-Pong table, foosball, air hockey, a wet bar, a TV, and a sauna. You can step out of the house and walk to the beach. The community pool, tennis court, and playground are available for entertainment. In addition, you'll be within walking distance of the Town of Duck, where you'll find a boardwalk, shopping, restaurants, jet ski rentals, beautiful views, and kayaking to enjoy.

Inside, you'll be met with tall ceilings, a bright interior, an impressive electric fireplace, and lots of natural light, thanks to the huge viewing windows of the sound. Curl up on the sofa with a good book or gather to host a movie night on the large TV. Hobby chefs will love preparing beach picnics in the full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including two refrigerators, a breakfast bar, and a dining area. Host a brunch at the quaint breakfast nook to catch up with old friends. The bedrooms are comfortable, spacious, and perfect for a restful night's sleep from the day's activities. The private pool is open March 19 - November 1. Pool heat is not available in July and August.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 60 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
