Bachelorette Relaxing Trip
We rented this property for a relaxing trip with my daughter's bridesmaids. The property was absolutely perfect! It was exactly what we needed. The property and location are beautiful. It is exactly as described. Duck is a quaint town away from the hustle and bustle of most of the Outer Banks (at least when we went). It is a wonderful place to spend a week or weekend. If you want to go to the Outer Banks, go to Duck and rent this property!

Awesome short vacation
This house was awesome. The location in Duck was super convenient. The owners communicated great and we all enjoyed our stay so much. Pool and Hot tub were a big plus. Easy short 3-4 min walk to the beach, very private and quiet. Would definitely stay here again. Sp happy the OBX is opened back up! We felt safe everywhere we went.

We had a wonderful time on vacation. The house had a great layout was great for my family. There was enough room and plenty of things to do. The pool, hot tub, game room, pool table and beach were great! My family really had a wonderful time. The Warren's were great and easy to work with. I will book this house again.

Great house!
This house was great, perfect for our family girls getaway! The house was clean, plenty of room for all of us. The handicap accessibility was just what we needed and the elevator worked and was very useful. Also a quick walk to the beach. House had all the supplies that we needed. Would highly recommend for any family, great house!

A wonderful property! We loved the close proximity to the beach. The pool was a perfect size for our family. The accommodations were very well suited for our family with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. A huge kitchen and very large dining room table where we could all sit together for meals. Everyone wants to come back again! Great memories were made!

Great House and Location
Nicely appointed, spacious, clean, with plenty of room to spread out. Great location, walk to both ocean or sound. 2 miles to commercial area of Duck. We were here at the end of April, and loved that lack of crowds. Weather was perfect. Point Trinitie is definitely on our list of repeat destinations. We highly recommend this rental. Everything You Would Need for Your Beach Vacation
We loved our week long stay at Sun Kissed. The kitchen had all the utensils and tools you would have at your own home. They also had beach chairs and a cart for carrying things to the beach as well. The bathroom linens were clean and perfect as well. We literally had zero complaints and the homeowners are very responsive to e-mails. We look forward to returning and staying at Sun Kissed!

This is the second summer in a row we have chosen to stay at this house. It was great last year but lots of improvements made it even nicer this year. Unfortunately we had a pretty rainy week but the pool table and DVD players helped keep everyone happy.

The home looks even better in person. It was clean and the nicely decorated with an updated beachy feel. Everything we needed for our toddlers was already there such as high chair, crib, gates , kitchenware, toys etc which was nice. About a 3-4 minute walk to the beach. Pool and hot tub were great!

Fantastic week at Sunkissed!
I have stayed at several houses at the OBX, and I really loved this one. It is so well set up and well-stocked! The elevator and 3rd floor master was amazing for my parents and it was such a short walk (4-5 minutes) to the beach. The pool was open for early April, and it's a nice sized pool and a great hot tub. Plus only a couple miles north of the main shopping/restaurant area in Duck. The bedrooms all have an attached bathroom and everything is really nice but not stuffy so you feel like you can't relax. We all agreed we would totally come back! Thanks Warren!
