I had a wonderful stay at this adorable property in Kitty Hawk. Diane was an amazing hostess. The suite is perfectly suitable for 2 people and is attractively and cleverly arranged to meet all of one's needs. The area is rich in history and beautiful nature.

Wonderful Location and Perfect Cozy Space
My wife and I were excited to see the Outer Banks for the first time and this place was a perfect area to do so. Conveniently located in Kitty Hawk, there were dinner places within easy walking distance, to say nothing of the gorgeous beach literally across the street. Great experience!

Outer Banks July 4 Visit
The Host was very nice and attentive. The location was great just across the street from the beach and within waking distance of several great restaurants. The room was very well decorated and the bed was comfortable. Couldn't ask for anything more.

We really enjoyed staying here, great location! Less than 5 minute walk to the beach, pool and excellent local seafood. Host was there to welcome us and give some local tips. Perfect spot for a couple.
This cozy little space was ideal for my wife and I to get away for the weekend. Clean and comfortable space that was super affordable and walking distance to the beach, as well as several great spots to eat. Hosts were very kind and even left us some fresh oranges one morning that went great in my old fashions 😂. We will be using this one again.

Kitty Hawk Beach Stay
This unit was our home away from home. We were very comfortable there. It was the perfect home base which allowed us to enjoy the beach and all the sights. There were many extras including umbrella, cooler, beach towels, wonderful linens, functional kitchen, large television and comfortable seatiing area. We highly recommend! Ann and Pat Schroeder

Cute place for quick getaway
This studio apartment had everything we needed and extra. Diane was great to communicate with and eager to make sure we had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen worked well for our short stay. Even though there are no windows there is lots of lighting and mirrors. It was an easy walk to the beach. If you want a view of the ocean this isn’t the place for you, however.

This is a great area, close to beach and restaurants. They have a pool and hot tubs as well at the community center. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The only down side is this is actually a garage made into a super cute apartment, so no windows unless you go out to the little garage common area. We were there during a tropical storm so we didn’t get to do as much as planned this time. I would stay here again

Check in was easy and Diane is very nice. I didn’t realize it is actually a converted 1car garage. It quirky but cute. It’s very clean and has everything you need, beach chairs, weights, towels, nice little snacks… It doesn’t have a stove so you can’t really cook anything there. They made very good use of the space and have very specific instructions for everything. The best part is it’s very close to an excellent beach and many amenities. I would definitely book it again.

Nice place, if you know what to expect
This was an interesting place to stay. It depends on what you are looking for in a vacation housing location. This place is a converted garage unit turned into a one room condo. It was clean and was not as bad as it sounds. This unit was in a complex of multiple buildings and is in the middle of about 6 other places to stay. They did a very nice job converting it so it is pleasant and comfortable. It lacks windows, with the obvious downside of not being able to look out, but the upside of not having any light come in when one is sleeping. The garage and condos are in a nice location, a very easy walk across the complex to a wonderful beach, and around the corner from restaurants and a good coffee shop. It is not "in town" so the busyness and noise of being right in town is minimal. The owner lives above the unit, so she is readily available for questions. We had a hard time finding the place as the street address is for the whole complex. The owner guided us once we were in the complex and was waiting in the parking lot on the phone to wave us in. The complex has a pool, which we did not use. The entry area was set up with a small set of barbells for those who want more exercise than the beach. All in all this was a pleasant place to stay if you know what to expect and particularly if it was not your intent to spend your vacation sitting inside the condo. Not sure kids would like it but it is good if you want to explore the area for the day and eat out at night.
