This lovely Oceanfront home is the perfect OBX beach house. With the ocean, beach and a giant hot tub right out your back door, you will truly have the best of the Outer Banks at your doorstep. Right in the heart of Duck, it is the ideal location. With 3 king beds and 2 'bunk' rooms (one has a king and bunk and the other has 2 sets of bunk beds), it is the perfect setup for 1, 2, or 3 families. The upper floor has 2 king master bedrooms with bathroom and powder room. The kitchen, dining and living areas are open with vaulted ceilings for lots of light and open space to play are on the upper floor as well -- with vast views of the Ocean right from the living room couch! The lower floor has 2 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms - one king, one king+bunk, one 2 bunks, and a full laundry room with large washer and dryer. The house is very kid-friendly - with gates on the decks, hot tub, lots of beach toys, etc. and an outside shower for cleaning off all the beach-day fun. There is a covered garage and basketball hoop. Just steps (literally) from the beautiful, wide sandy beaches of Duck, you cannot find a better location. Saltaire is in the heart of Duck, walking distance to shops and restaurants and a short drive or bike ride to the best Spa in the Outer Banks. Or just relax and stay in with the well-equipped kitchen and room for 14 to dine comfortably. With a basketball net, cable TVs in every bedroom, the beach, and the hot tub, everyone can be entertained. The sunrise and sunset views over the Ocean and the Sound from the wrap-around decks are breathtaking. You can actually hear the soothing crashing of the waves with the windows open and smell the fresh salt air while you snooze. Relax and read a book on the beach or the deck, go exploring on the beach or through the treasure shops in the town of Duck, hike the new Duck sound-side boardwalk with its vast wildlife, crabbing, eateries and ice cream shops. Visit the Sunset Grill for the, well, sunsets or join the party at the Coastal Cantina's happy hour on the Sound with live music. There is never a shortage of fun at Beach Won! Our family has owned this wonderful home for over 35 years and we spend 2-3 months in it each year. We keep it clean, updated and in great working order. It is the perfect classic Beach House! Fully equipped!
The house was clean and well kept. It was fully equipped with extra fans and chargers by the beds. Plenty of seating for family gatherings and really well stocked kitchen. Tons of space for food storage. Hosts also allow use of beach chairs and beach supplies. Highly recommend this property!

Beach Won was a homey location for our family vacation. Such great toys and chairs for beach days and games for beach nights. Well stocked kitchen made meal prep easy. Convenient access to the beach too.

Perfect place for a perfect vacation
We have began a tradition of taking our kids to Duck every summer. It is now a firm family tradition and this location made it so much more. With my father in law who suffers from Parkinson’s and can’t move much it was an immense help to have the beach so close so he could watch his grandkids play. As my daughter said she loved it because it felt like a home that has been loved in. Location, clean and Tracey was always available if needed. Looking forward to 2025.

Relaxing stay
The house had everything we need for our stay, the weather curtailed our activities shelling and traveling down the Outter Banks. The beach was close and no swimming because of hurricane Lee was offshore. Great sun Rises. Watched the turtle volunteers try take care of the nest at the bottom of the stairs. We will return to the Outer Banks someday.

Super cozy house feet from the beach
We had a great time at Beach Won! We loved how close it was to the beach. I've been at other beach fronts that had twice the walk. Very well stocked with beach chairs/umbrellas. The kitchen had all we needed as well. I would definitely come back.

Outstanding family time at the beach
Beach Won was exactly what we needed! The house is sandwiched between gorgeous beach mansions and as one of the locals told us, it’s considered a hidden gem. We flew all the way from Phoenix to revisit our childhood beach vacation spot and this location did not disappoint! Our teenagers spent the week riding the provided bikes into town exploring and living up their time on the coast. The adults took full advantage of the back porch, close beach access, hot tub, and more. 100% recommend!

Beach Won was a WIN!
Great location with easy access to the beach and the Duck boardwalk. Fantastic for families with kids who need to go back and forth to the house for bathroom, snacks, naps, etc. The house is nicely maintained and well stocked with games, sand toys, bikes, boogie boards, etc. The layout, size of the rooms, combination of king beds and bunk beds all worked perfectly for our family with 4 couples and 3 children. The outdoor shower and hot tub were put to good use. The owner was responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again next time we vacation in Duck.

Great vacation spot for friends and family
I am very impressed with our stay. The location was amazing (close to beach and the boardwalk). The house had a lot of beach supplies which really cut down on how much we had to pack. There was plenty of room for all of us to stay comfortably. Our whole vacation was hassle free. I would be happy to come back next year.

The house was well supplied in the kitchen. It sleeps the number of people stated but the living and common spaces are inadequate for the number if people it sleeps. The porches and railings are poorly maintained. Splinters were abundant .holding railing on outdoor stairs and front door. Front yard was not maintained at all, totally overgrown. We're told check in was at 4. Cleaning people there til 5:15. Very uncomfortable especially since we had perishables in the car. We had to enter while they were still cleaning

Perfect family getaway!
We absolutely loved our stay at Beach Won- we found the property to be exactly as described. The fact that the owner includes use of beach equipment, toys, bikes, and sports equipment made life so much easier for my husband and I this week- they even provided toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap in the bathrooms (not the case everywhere!) We just showed up with our clothes, swimsuits, and toiletries and were pretty much ready to roll. The kitchen is very well equipped, and there was plenty of space for our family of 7 to spread out. We had an amazing time, and I’m sure we’ll be back!

Perfect September Vacation
This property was exactly what I hoped for following a very bad year… . Ocean front home with Everything we needed to cook great meals and enjoy the beach. We had 14 beautiful sunrises, sunny days and waves to swim in… bikes to go into town were an added plus for parking the car in the driveway for 2 weeks and biking to the sound for all those beautiful sunsets snd maybe a dinner or 2 out.. I wish we were still there.

Beach Won- Great Week
Very nice week in Duck. The home’s location can’t be beat. It’s on the beach, and central in Duck. It’s exactly as advertised. The home’s decor is dated (80’s maybe), but it’s clean and maintained. Kitchen is very functional, we easily cooked and grilled and fed 7 (with 3 young kids and 4 adults). I’d recommend it for a laid back family who’s priority is the beach.

Ideal location
I don't think there could be a better location for a stay in Duck. A short walk to the waves and back (don't even need a towel!) and less than a mile along a charming street to the heart of town. House was comfortable and cool,, plenty of hot water and more than enough room to spread out and unwind. An all around wonderful visit.

We had an awesome stay at Beach Won! The closeness to the beach & sound were unbeatable, and we loved the relaxed atmosphere Duck provided. The ice machine, double ovens, bikes, cooler, outdoor shower, extra refrigerator in the garage, games, beach chairs, etc. were great additions as well. The house is a little dated in many areas but well cared for & generally in good shape. It was fairly clean, but could probably use a deep once over in the near future. It was nice to find a home that was the perfect size (and price) for two families traveling together- so many houses in the area are simply too big (and therefore too expensive) for us. Communicating with the owner about a few minor issues (microwave and TV remote) was easy and quick. Overall, a great start to our summer!

Overall, we had a great trip and will definitely be coming back to the area. The house has a great location and it very charming. We had a few snags during our stay, but it didn't totally ruin the experience, just some minor inconveniences that would have been nice to know ahead of time to be able to plan better. Owner was very responsive though, which was very helpful. -The washer did not work for us. Repair guy did come, but didn't fix the problem. -Hot tub did not get cleaned mid stay like advertised. It did get a little gross by the end of the week from sunscreen, etc. -Bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, hand soap, etc.. We were told we only needed to bring linens (sheets/towels), but upon arrival, none of the bathrooms or kitchen was stocked with paper products or soap. Would have been nice to know before arrival so we could have planned and brought our own instead of a rush trip to the store because the children needed to use the bathrooms upon arrival. -There were deck updates being made during our stay (painting), and the decks were sticky from the paint and only partially finished. Painting company left all their painting supplies spread around the outdoors. Made it annoying to use the outdoor areas the first couple of days. -Bikes provided are handy, but not in the best shape. Our family would have been happier bringing our own. -Beds are super hard. Again, none of these issues were huge deal breakers, but stuff that would have been nice to know ahead of time. It would have made our trip better to know these things. Hopefully this will help others better pack and plan. The good: -Loved being able to use the provided beach chairs and toys! -The kitchen is fully stocked with seasonings and cooking supplies, which was great. -Kids loved "Happy Hour", the outdoor cat they could feed and visit with.

Relaxing 2 weeks!!
We had 5 adults and 3 kids/teens during our stay and had plenty of room. It was close to and had easy access to the beach. Also everyone really enjoyed the bikes and the ability to easily bike into the town of Duck. We had a very fun and relaxing vacation. Would definitely recommend/return for another stay.
