"I and my wife stayed at this resort for 4 days and found the services rendered by all the staffs excellent and polite especially Henna . During one of the nights while having dinner at the resort restaurant, Henna ran all the way into the restaurant to inform us of the northern lights emerging.During our stays we booked two northern lights hunting tours from the Internet that results in no northern lights sighting but we were lucky to have witnessed a strong dancing northern lights in the resort . The only con is the resort is about 5 mins drive from the main road. We rented a car during our stay as we travelled everyday to Levi for all our activities and the pro is the ample free parking available in the resort . Will highly recommend this resort "

"It takes about 10 minutes walking to the shoping, the ski and the bus stop. The hotel room is clean and comfortable, the hotel buffet breakfast is good."

"If you are looking for the ultimate resort for your Northern Lights expedition this is it. All the Lapland experience in 1 place. The "igloos" are well designed and has all the creature comforts you need for you to stay comfortable. Onsite Reindeer experience, Snowmobile adventure, and of course Northern Lights Hunting. Dog Sledding and their very own Santa experience also available. The staff are eager to assist and very helpful. Lastly... YESS the Northern Lights are visible from this resort (weather permitting) "

"Levi Hotel Spa is excellent in every way. The bus from Kittilä Airport stops right in front of the hotel. Every room is a short distance to the hotel’s Water World, as well as the slopes, dining, shopping. My junior suite had an in room sauna! On a personal note I left my backpack on the shuttle bus from the airport. The front desk helped to arrange drop off while I was on the slopes. All staffers of the hotel were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone thinking about visiting Levi. "
