Nice apartment in Levi tourist center. Walking distance to the services of Levi tourist center, ski slope and ski tails nearby. Pet allowed.

Otava 5 is located on the ground floor of an alpine-style house, built in 2006.
On the upper floor, living room/kitchen with sofa bed and balcony. On the ground floor, bedroom, sauna and washroom/WC.
Please note, that the fireplace shown in the photos cannot be used.

Ski maintenance room and laundry for shared use (the washing machine is shared with other apartments).
The apartment has a storage. There is no numbered parking space for the apartment, but you can choose a free P space from the parking area.

Die Lage und der Preis sind gut. Insgesamt eine nette Wohnung mit Sauna. Das Mobiliar ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Am Badezimmerschrank löst sich z.b. die Oberfläche. Die Spülmaschine hat nicht richtig funktioniert, es hat mehrmalige Starts und Resets gebraucht um sie in Gang zu setzen. Kleinigkeiten wie z.b. defekte Lampen, schmutzige Schubladen in der Küche machen es etwas schmuddelig. Wir haben 80€ Endreinigung und 45€ für Handtücher und Bettwäsche bezahlt. Leider mussten wir trotzdem das Bett selbst beziehen und wieder abziehen. Außerdem hätten wir ein Saunatuch und Geschirrtücher erwartet. Die Kommunikation war schwierig. Uns wurde am Telefon ein falscher Code genannt und somit konnten wir die Türe nicht öffnen. 10 Minuten nach unserem Anruf kam uns ein Herr zur Hilfe der allerdings kein Englisch sprechen konnte. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohl gefühlt . Mit wenig Aufwand könnte es sehr gut sein.
