Elegantly furnished 2 bed apartment situated in Cypress Gardens, Kiti, Larnaca

Stylishly furnished fully air conditioned\centrally heated 2 bedroom apartment available in this well situated low lying newly built 5 star rated complex. Cypress Gardens offers all visitors a feature pool which includes a jacuzzi style whirlpool spa and fully equipped gymnasium all set within beautifully landscaped private gardens. The apartment has its own allocated parking space and the whole complex is protected by coded electronic gates. Situated on the 1st floor this apartment offers comfortable self catering accommodation for up to 6 people and can be used as an ideal base by all types of visitors. Corporate guests, couples, large families, wedding parties or groups of friends who prefer the freedom to choose their own daily activities and then return to peaceful tranquil surroundings. All guests are most welcome to take advantage of the well equipped kitchen and enjoy meals on the pool facing balconies. An evening in can be enjoyed by sitting back and relaxing in front of the widescreen TV and taking advantage of the inbuilt movie-centers which include over 100 of the latest movies or challenging your friends and family to a game on the PlayStation. Free wifi is also available and there are also some board games, books and playing cards as well as some DVD's which can be played using the Playstation or home cinema computer.

The Larnaca region truly has something for everyone and as well as being famous for its crystal clear waters and stunning coastline, it also boasts some of the best blue flag sandy beaches on the island which offer a whole host of water sports, boat trips, snorkeling and wreck diving. Larnaca town is a mixture of old and new and has a rich archaeological heritage and beautiful centuries old buildings lining winding streets. The sea front and modern marina with its palm tree lined pedestrian promenade offers a great choice of modern shops and trendy open air restaurants and cafe bars. The Larnaca Fort holds the annual street festival in July and there is also a large multiplex cinema which shows all of the latest releases. There are also number of bowling alleys, crazy golf courses, historical churches, museums and small and large go-carting tracks. Ayia Napa with its famous clubbing culture and white sandy beaches also has the nearest water theme park and is within easy reach by car or bus.

The more adventurous can easily explore the island by car and all major attractions, towns and villages are less than an hour’s drive away. Car hire is recommended and all road signs are in English and vehicles drive on the left like in the UK. There are also local bus services and all towns and villages are linked with reasonably priced service taxis. The local camel park nature reserve is just a 5 minute drive away as are horse riding facilities and the avian wildlife of Larnaca Salt Lake. Cape Kiti lighthouse with its stunning sunsets is just a 10 minute drive away and a children's funfair can be found in Larnaca Town which is also just a 10 minute drive away. Ayia Napa is just a 20 minute drive away and the cosmopolitan coastal town of Limassol is just a 25 minute drive away. The divided city of Nicosia is just a 20 minute drive away whilst the Troodos mountains are only a 30 minute drive away. Paphos with its elevated coastline is just a 40 minute drive away and all make for ideal day trips.

Frequent direct flights from all over Europe to Larnaca are readily available and can be booked using a number of main airline operators. Flights from the UK to Larnaca take approximately 4 hours and the time difference of +2 hours should be taken into account. Details for 24 hour airport transfers for just €15 each way can be provided or car hire with airport pick up can be arranged before you arrive with car hire partners Avis, Hertz, Easycar, Sixt, Europcar and Budget which all have representatives available within the terminal building. The apartment is literally a 10 minute drive away from the airport and the route is pretty straight forward. Simple to follow map directions and travel guide will be provided before you leave and this route will take you past a 24 hour convenience store allowing for the purchase of essentials such as milk or bread if required.

Summer 2012
Because we had such a good time last year (staying in apartment 104, also see our review there) we decided to return to Cypress Gardens. This time we stayed for 15 days and got apartment 103. Again the owner Ari exceeded our expectations by providing us even more detailed information about Cyprus and things we can do during our stay than we got last year. Apartment 103 is a bit bigger than 104 and was clean on arrival. This year there were also more families in Cypress Gardens so our kids had a great time playing with other kids. The pool was very nice and during the two weeks it was being cleaned a few times. We had dinner very often at restaurant ´Te Quiero´ a few minutes from Cypress Gardens where you can eat very very well. We highly recommend this place!! We will return again for sure but not only for the nice apartment, good food or good prices but especially for the hospitality and warmth we received from the people (like owner Ari and Dimitrios and Mimi at ´Te Quiero´) in Kiti, Cyprus!

Lovely apartment & complex
We are frequent flyers to Cyprus and particularly like Kiti. We stayed in apartment103. This was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The apartment overlooked the communal pool. The pool area was clean, well maintained, a generous size and beautifully lit up at night. The was plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas with shaded area’s. The gym was a welcome addition for my 2 teenage daughters. Kiti town centre square was only 5 minutes walk away, although to go further a field you will need a car. For those new to Kiti the welcome pack and information sent by email is very useful. Our top tip is take note of the directions you are sent by email. Don’t use google maps or sat nav as this didn’t go terribly well for us. The entertainment provided was very good, however if you still want to stream in Netflix or social media to your iPads or laptop the WiFi is very good. Overall we found the apartment excellent value for money and are happy to give it our recommendations.

L'essentiel dans un logement reste le couchage et sur ce point rien ne va, le lit grince les matelas sont mauvais les canapé du salon médiocre et enfin l'appartement est en plein couloir aérien de l'aéroport de larnaka donc les nuits n'ont pas été top. Pour le reste il est bien situé, spacieux mais un peu vieillot, la piscine est sympa. Un sentiment mitigé pour ce logement.

Property was brilliant for us Did lot of relaxing there Pool.was never that busy but was so.warm Loads of room in appartment or on balconey which was lovely.to sit out in Unless you not going out at all better to rent car We had some days out which were all good Camel park Protaras Ayia Nappa Larnaca Faros Mackenzy beach Kyprexxo car hire were excellent 135 euros for 9 days You can park car in designated parking place in shade under appartments And added bonus is right next to lift So not much walking with.shopping Like i said would go back again if i could now lol Just to say have read a couple of not so good reviews But dont take any. notice of them they must be proffessional whingers By the way Jackons in kiti square very good for a drink or meal Very good prices nice atmosphere So unless you want the Ritz with Ritz prices dont hesitate just book Had fantastic holiday Just a note if you are going next june If you book now for flights British Airways areabout 120 pounds return from heathrow with good flight times

Appartamento bellissimo e molto spazioso, 2 camere grandi, cucina super accessoriata, non manca niente e tutto ben tenuto. Piscina comoda e pulita. Unica pecca, ma di poco conto, il fabbricato è un po'isolato, ci vuole la macchina. Comunque, posizione perfetta per la vicinanza all'aeroporto e comodo per gli spostamenti per visitare l'isola. Excellent Value for Money!!!! Well recommended :)
Harry was a superb host throughout with his communications & he sent us loads of information which allowed us to easily follow a map to the apartment (SatNav took somewhere else). We arrived early so after we picked up our hire car from the Airport we decided to follow Harry's map to one of the large supermarkets which ended up being a few minutes drive away from the apartment & this allowed us to relax & have a well earned drink. After stocking up we went on to the apartment where we was met by Dean the cleaner who had just finished preparing the apartment for us & it was spotlessly cleaned. He made us feel very welcome & told us that we could call him anytime. Apartment is well furnished & equipped with all possible amenities even down to a sewing kit. The WiFi worked well even by the pool & we also loved the home cinema & PlayStation which meant that we spent a couple of evenings in enjoying the apartment & watching movies & ordering takeaways. The balcony is a treat as it overlooks the pool & has a gentle breeze in the evening. The pool was warm and clean & not too deep & there were plenty of quality sun loungers. The main square is only a few minutes walk away & we found some lovely bars & restaurants. Overall we had a hassle free, value for money, welcoming stay, well recommended!

Just returned from a fantastic relaxing week at Harry's apartment in Cypress Gardens and I can't praise the place enough!! We had an amazing trip and for the best price available online at the time. Harry was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and definitely went the extra mile for us. He sent us loads of emails which we found very useful before we travelled and this put our minds at rest confirming that we made the right choice. Harry also helped us arrange transfers to the apartment and he even provided loads of recommendations and lots of good tips. The complex itself was excellent and complimented this spacious and immaculately clean apartment well far exceeded our expectations. All of this made our stay even better than expected and we spent many a night just simply enjoying the apartment to the maximum. The kids loved the Playstation and we loved the home movie centre and it was a joy to return to all of this after our days out, Kiti's main square is only a few minutes walk away and it is a lovely little town with good bars and restaurants. Overall this was the best break that we have ever had and we had an excellent time and would definitely recommend Harry's apartment to anybody looking for a stress free value for money holiday! Already contacted Harry about next year ........A great time was had by all and will 100% use again.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and had every thing a holiday maker could need , even down to a first aid kit . The apartment holds many boredom busting things to do should you want to stay in the apartment . The pool is fabulous and we all spent a great deal of time in it or around it . The town of Kiti is lovely and has plenty of places to eat and drink , including take way places and gorgeous cake shop . I would recommend Harrys apartment as a good base to visit Larnaka side of Cyprus .

Lovely well equipped
Fantastic apartment with well quipped facilities. There is a car space under the shade for you to park in which is good when it is hot. The balcony is a fabulous size and good for eating and drinking on. It is walkable into Kiti only a few minutes , which is a lovely town with good bars restaurants etc at your disposal.

HIDDEN GEM ONE NOT TO BE MISSED
On arrival we were meeted by Ari himself who just happened to be staying there the same time as us. We were taken to the apartment which was spotlessly clean and a delight to reach, only 10 mins away from the airport which was nice too.The apartment had everything you could ask for, and sitting and lying on the balcony over-looking the pool from 6am in glorious sunshine was heaven.Everything that Ari had said in his description was spot on, the local bar was great and only 5 min walk, Demetrous (dont think thats spelt right but close lol) the owner greeted us everyday and looked after us like we were family, his cooking was great, just one critisism Demetrous, too much food, meant to lose weight not gain it ;-).Larnaca town was gorgeous, a ten to fifteen minute bus ride for 1 euro. If you love shops like my friend Chris you might have to buy another suitcase to fill it as there are lots of bargains to be had, that day we had to return by taxi but that was only 10 euros, and George the local taximan is a pleasure to have and will always accommodate you.We walked to Pervolia approx 25 mins and went camel riding at the camel park 15 mins away by car, which was a great day out as it also had a beach 5 mins away.A car is handy but not necessary, we walked or use the buses which are air conditioned, seeing the true life of cypriots ways.Oh yes, forgot to say 10 mins from apartment is the massive Bakery (yum yum) full of pastries and delicious cakes, just make sure you dont pick the trifle thinking it is yoghurt as we did for breakfast teehee. Also the local Pizza place is a must but be careful what size you order as medium means extra large ;-)All in all it was a great holiday, many thanks Ari, you are a true gentleman and we will definately return.This apartment is one not too be missed, going to take my son next time, hed love the pool, camels, people and ps2 would go down a treat.Whether you are a family, couple or just friends this apartment is so comfortable, clean, easy accessable, so suited for all .Once again Ari, many many thanks fo making our holiday even greater then it already was Su and Chris..

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!!
If you want a relaxing holiday by the pool and a chance to sample the real Cyprus, then this is it! Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay so much that we can't wait to return next year. Kiti is convenient to both Larnaca and the Airport and I am already missing it. We hired a car and picked it up at the airport when we arrived. We followed the map that the owner gave to us and found the apartment in no time as it is only about 10 minutes away from the airport. The apartment is a generous size and has everything you need, It is well equipped and we found the DVD's and playstation great fun in the evenings. We also liked the fact that the apartment has its own fold away chairs and sunbeds which we often took down to the pool area with a good book. The complex itself was clean and the pool was excellent and child friendly. The owners were very helpful right from the start of the booking enquiry process and they answered our questions almost immediately. We found Cyprus a very interesting island and we done quite a bit of touring on some days and it was great to return to our lovely relaxing apartment overlooking the pool in the evening. A visit to the Troodos Mountains is definately recommended, especially for nature lovers. All in all, Cyprus as well as this great apartment is highly recommended!

Fantastic Holiday!!!
Me and 5 other friends stayed at this stunning apartment in August and we had the best holiday of our lives! The apartment is absolutely lovely and has everything that you could need. It was very clean when we arrived and extremely well maintained and the owners were very helpful before and throughout our stay. The map and travel guide they sent us was really helpful. We found Kiti great too and everything we needed was close by including a small supermarket just around the corner and a larger one a few minutes walk away. The 24 hour bakery was perfect when we was returning to the apartment from our nights out and the Te Quiero is recommended for meals. We often went there to have a few drinks and use the internet. The restaurants in Pervolia are also recommended and often had live music and on one night we had an amazing meze. Kiti has all you need, but we also visited the nightlife in Larnaca and Ayia Napa and we used the local taxi driver George who was recommended to us by the owners and he gave us huge discounts. We were going to rent a car, but in the end we stuck with George. We liked the beach in Larnaca, but preferred the secluded beach near Pervolia. Another day we went to the Waterpark in Ayia Napa which is a must visit! I would definitely recommend this apartment and visiting Cyprus to anyone. I have already booked the apartment again for next year. This is a great place to visit and is perfect for couples and families or a group of friends like us.

EXCELLENT ACCOMODATION
What a super complex this apartment is situated on, in a quite area in kiti, with the balcony overlooking the swimming pool, a perfect place to have breakfast or glass of wine in the evenings! The apartment itself felt spacious and was spotlessly clean. It's extremely well fitted out with all kitchenware, everything you need was there that guests might appreciate. Super idea. All the information given to me from Ari, the own of the appartment on the area was accurate and certainly helped in getting to know what was available locally right from the start of my holiday. I'd certainly recommend this apartment to friends. It was a delight to stay there and all around were very friendly. It's a super place to 'chill out' and the complex itself is small, personal and delightfully laid out. The picture on the site is attractive, but the real thing is even better - very green with all kinds of plants all round. I met other residents and they were all very nice and helpful! It's a 10 mins walk to the centre of this fabulous village with a huge choice of local restaurants on the way. Like the owner I would like to recommend the restaurant ''Te Quiero'' at Kiti centre and Dimitris the owner is a fantastic person and ready to guide you along any queries you have. There's a small shop nearby for basic essentials (their fresh bread rolls were amazing!) but for everything else and for better prices, there's a very large and excellent supermarket near by behind the police station. It sells everything you need, including well known brands and local produce. The sea is 15 mins away by car driving through the village of ''Pervolia'' which offer beautifull sandy beaches. The local taxi driver which Ari arranged for me to pick me from the airport is always available 24 hours at your disposal. Car hire was equally good, with the advantage of decent roads and driving on the left like home. All in all a great place to go on holiday and wonderful to have some sun before winter sets in back at home and if you happened to book the first 15 days of Augast where a local festival takes place you can enjoy the local delicatessens of Cyprus displayed on the stalls and other activities taking place from the 7th to the 15th of Augast. For me it was a holiday I will never forget. I am sure I will book again.
