The Kitchener Bungalow Retreat

The property features three comfortable bedrooms, each with a comfortable bed and fresh linens, work space with desk, and bathroom with tub/shower and complimentary toiletries. The large living area is perfect for relaxing, with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table that seats six.

Guests can relax and unwind in the living room, which includes a 2 comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV with streaming available. High-speed Wi-Fi is also available throughout the property.

A Great Stay!
This property had an amazing very central location, the property was very clean and once we got our check-in information it was very easy (though it did not come in advance of us arriving for check-in which was a bit stressful). The beds were very comfortable and the home very private! We had all the space we could ever need and were well set for nice bedding and towels! We loved our stay and would stay again!

terrible air conditioning
This house does not have central air conditioning. It has a portable unit in the dining room which is inadequate for cooling the kitchen, dining and living room never mind the bedrooms. Outside temperature was 30 C and felt like 38C and inside temperature was around 29-30C and there were no fans of any time anywhere in the house. When i complained to the owner he would get some fans for us. When I asked where they were on the first night, he replied they would be there the next day as he was ordering from amazon. So the 2nd night was marginally better, but the temperature was still horrible. The front bedroom was unusable because of the heat in the room. I had to sleep on the couch for 2 nights. The owner did rebate a portion of what we paid however that did not compensate for the huge discomfort during our stay. I would not recommend renting this unit unless changes are made. We have never stayed at a VRBO rental that had so few supplies. There was no salt or pepper, there was a coffee maker but no coffee, no paper towels, no hand soap for the kitchen sink, bathroom sink soap dispenser has almost empty and the shower had no soap, shampoo etc., what so ever. The toilet paper had a 1/3 of a roll left on it, and there were no replacement rolls. The gas stove had no gas range. House security is inadequate because the dining room window that the air conditioner is in has a board in it with a hole in it meaning the window can be opened from outside

Everything was livable. Instructions for the tv and AC units would have been helpful. It served its purpose and we had a good time
