The staff are nice and many times the service was good. However, in few instances I had to wait a long time for a coffee or meal to be served, and the cleaning person threw away some medications from my side table. The gym is really not good.

A gem in Kisumu
A fantastic hotel with great staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend for anyone to stay there. Nice brekki and everyone pays attention to fine details.

Conveniently located to all key amenities - banks, hospitals, shopping malls, airports, bus terminals, and key Government Offices. The Hotel has a very professional and delightful Staff, very clean facilities, and well-appointed rooms. Excellent hotel. I loved the facilities. Daily room cleaning. Conformable bed and bedding. Food is very good, menu selection is excellent. Only drawback is service can be slow at times. Serving tea or coffee was very slow. Ordered food took very long everytime. Otherwise, location is perfect, devoid of noise and accessible to many local attaractions.

The restaurant staff could do with some additional training on service. Food was brought separately so some had to start & finish before others started. Additionally, the food was just placed on the table for us to figure out whose food was whose. Waitress had to call others to help her use the card machine. They kept passing us to close windows & turned off lights without the courtesy to be excused etc. We had to wait over an hour for our room to be ready. Concierge staff was very kind & helpful.
