For amusement, a flat-screen TV with numerous channels awaits. The dining space boasts a table and seating for six. Connecting to this combined living and dining space is the well-stocked kitchen with elegant granite countertops. It comes equipped with a fridge/freezer, a 4-ring hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a washing machine.

Wide sliding doors extend from the living and dining section to the patio encompassing the pool area, offering uninterrupted sea panoramas.

Continuing to the first floor, a guest bathroom is located.

Ascending to the next level, you'll discover the master bedroom. This roomy double bedroom features an opulent en-suite bathroom and a secluded balcony for relishing the splendid sea vistas. Two additional bedrooms are situated on this level: a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, each boasting its own attached bathroom.
