"The gentelmen who worked on the 2nd and 5th were so polite and helpful. The first gentelmen (my first day) was very understanding and flexible- I showed up a day late, tired, hungry, and without proper payment and he trusted me to do the right thing (and I did). He took the time to reccommend places to see and where to eat (he was right!) and I was able to make the best of my trip. "First off, great location. Heart of District V and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants, etc. at the doorstep. Very touristy area but great access to plenty of sight seeing. The room is tucked away where you get quiet. Good room for bare minimum needs. However, we went in a nice heat wave and there’s no AC in the room. No breeze as the room is tucked inside a building. "Good service, helped us check in and guided on what to so. Platform bed was in bad condition with rails falling. Overall, just a night stay is ok. It had common kitchen, so not what I wanted. Bathroom was in the room, but smelly. Room was OK. Not worth what I paid, but none other was available either at that time for cheaper price. "

"Our stay started with the receptionist saying I needed to pay again even though the booking was prepaid. Eventually after contacting hotels.com this was resolved but he walked away from me and refused to deal with the issue until the morning. Additionally, the bathroom was infested with wasps and although there were others to use and it was eventually resolved, it wasn't ideal. The room felt comfortable and spacious but the plugs were a little temperamental and there was no air conditioning....

"This place has an amazing location for being in the heart of the city, easy access to lots of high rated eats and walkable to most destinations. Subway lines close by if you need to go farther. The hallways darken automatically at so that was a little weird to figure out at first, but overall the room was great, really big and a bedroom separated from a living/kitchen. You only have a view of the central courtyard, but a place like this is more for accessibility. Highly recommend. "

"Apartment was ok, check in was around a 10-15 minute walk away which wasn’t convenient. Very quiet complex and plenty of shops nearby. Wouldn’t stay here again though due to the check in not being on site. "

"Fabulous location in a quiet district of Budapest. The old Palace exterior houses a modern hotel in a pretty square. Our room was modern style with large comfortable bed and great large bathroom with good shower. The hotel was very clean and the staff very welcoming, friendly and super helpful with tourist queries. The location is just south of the jewish quarter with buses and trams within a few minutes walk to the attractions of Budapest. Fabulous value great stay all round. Thank you."

"Great location, walkable to all major attractions. Staff were all friendly and attentive. Breakfast offered a great choice and was tasty. Our room was large and the bed extremely comfortable. The only slight criticism we had was the hotel was very warm and our room was slightly too hot even with air con set to 19. "

"We had riverview room which was wonderful looking out at the parliament buildings. We were delighted to discover that the wind by the elevator gave us a beautiful view of St. Matthias Church and Fishermen's Bastion. Lovely property, comfortable beds and nice buffet breakfast and restaurant for convenient meals. "

"A great location for a hotel, the pre arrival team made me very welcome. Checkin was seamless, room was available at 4pm on the day of arrival. Room was excellent Having eaten breakfast and dinner on multiple occasions I would recommend having some “specials” as the menu is a bit dated. Also the wine mentioned on the menu was no longer available. I also recommend having someone at the entrance to welcome customers in and ensure there is follow-up with the floor staff."
