Each time we re-entered the room from being out, we're hit by the onslaught of foul smoke smell. However, once in the apartment it was lovely in a fantastic location with a great view. 2 bed 2 bath. Our only issue is the inability to make the ac cool the common areas and upstairs bedroom. Those got very warm at night and the remote would not lower the temp or increase the fan speed. "
