"Upon Friday arrival, entered gate and the brick walk to the front door was covered in sand and dirt. To the left of the front door on the porch sat a styrofoam cooler, lid to the side and a bag of garbage in it. Inside the house seemed reasonably clean but by the time we visited each room we had killed two scorpions. "We really enjoyed our 4th July getaway at the Cooper Top tiny house. We enjoyed easy lake access and open water at Richland chambers lake. Perfect place to getaway from the big city and spend time with the family. Fishing was great and we will definitely be back."
