Raymond’s villa lived up to expectations, from the minute I opened the entrance door, seeing the pool to walking inside with my son to run around selecting one of the three ample bedrooms. "Nice Villa. A walk uphill to the supermarket took about 25 minutes. Shop before 12 and they deliver your groseries. 15 minutes walk to the sandbeach byt it was also possible to take a swim just nearby the Villa. Our family had a nice stay and it was perfect with the little pool for our youngest (2.5years)."

No basic things provided on arrival such as milk or sugar to make a hot cup of tea, no matches or fire starter or instruction to start the fire in the front room as there is no other heating except that, I had not enough euro coins or the balance left in the meter unit to keep the bedrooms heated the first night of arriving into the cold December nights. "Lovely villa and the host was great - really helpful and quick with all my questions. Great base to go to visit the rest of Malta. The only thing that would make it better is more shade outside during the day."

"Place clean and basic however pool is in the shade most of the morning. There was a lot of construction work going which started at 7:30 went on through the day. Layout was strange but made the the most of our stay"

"The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. You have to pay for the AC but it is reasonable. You can walk to a very good supermarket and restaurants in 5-10 minutes. The pool is a little small but it is kept clean and is nicely laid out. Overall I would recommend this villa."
