Great weekend staying at Stable Cottage. Properly is absolutely gorgeous, a real cosy home from home with everything you need and more. Clean and well appointed. Quiet location yet near to centre of town with shops and restaurants nearby. Won’t hesitate to book again in the future.

Immaculate cottage
We stayed for the weekend in this lovely cosy, well equipped and immaculately clean. We would have loved to stay longer. Lovely log burner and a Christmas tree to finish the homey feel. Thank you!

Lovely and cozy cottage in a perfect location.
We loved our stay at Stable Cottage so much. It was a cozy and warm home walking distance from town. The personal touches, from the robes to the welcome food basket, were so much appreciated. We enjoyed visiting the lovely town of Kirkby Stephen and sitting in the living room in the evening by the fire after dinner. We were in town for a wedding at Eden Barn and the location near the wedding was ideal. I would definitely recommend staying here and I hope I am lucky enough again one day to do so again.

Beautiful, quaint & relaxing cottage
We have had a wonderful time at Simon and Clare’s beautiful quaint cottage. It felt so homely. Along with the regular amenities, it had personal touches in the welcome pack, sensor lights along the corridors and rooms. All in all, a lovely place to stay. During our time here, we have explored the Ingleton Waterfalls trail, Whitby Abbey, town and beach, walk to Malham Cove (breathtaking views). Kirkby Stephen town is pretty with lots of places to eat and enjoy. Thank you Simon and Clare for making our holiday so memorable
